We offer free shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprises at checkout. Whether you're in Australia or the United States, your order ships on us.

Processing Time

Once you place your order, our team carefully inspects and prepares your SOZO band. This includes a quality check and pre-charging your device so it's ready to use the moment it arrives. Processing takes 1 to 3 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Estimated Delivery Times

Australia: 7–10 business days (including processing) United States: 8–15 business days (including processing)

Please note: These timeframes are estimates and do not account for potential delays caused by customs, import processing, or carrier disruptions. Delivery times may also be slightly longer during peak periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, and Valentine's Day.
